Brady Physical Therapy is a private, outpatient physical therapy practice centrally located on the San Francisco peninsula in Foster City near San Mateo. We treat a variety of conditions including general orthopedics, sports injuries, neck and back injuries, work related injuries, neurological conditions, and hand injuries. We also perform Ergonomic Assessments and Work Capacity Evaluations. For over 26 years, we have helped thousands of Bay Area people meet a wide range of rehabilitation goals through personal attention and programs specially tailored to their individual needs. We offer 30 minute consultations with a registered physical therapist to help you understand an injury, pain or problem better. The therapist will help you plan an approach for your problem.
