Brady Physical Therapy is a private, outpatient physical therapy practice centrally located on the San Francisco peninsula in Foster City near San Mateo which allows us to serve all surrounding communities including the East Bay and Half Moon Bay. We treat a variety of conditions including general orthopedics, sports injuries, neck and back injuries, work related injuries, neurological conditions, hand injuries and pediatric disorders.
We also perform Ergonomic Assessments and Work Capacity Evaluations. As we approach our 30th year in practice we have helped thousands of Bay Area people meet a wide range of rehabilitation goals through personal attention and programs specifically tailored to their individual needs.
We offer 30 minute consultations with a registered physical therapist to help you understand an injury, pain or problem better. The therapist will help you plan an approach for your problem.
